Right of Withdrawal - EU Customers

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within the 14-day period at eu@monkeybusiness.co.il.

After notifying us, please return the goods within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product.

Return Shipping

For returns under the EU right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will assist with the return.

Refunds

When you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Non-EU Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before returning your order and we'll be happy to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at eu@monkeybusiness.co.il and include your order number and photos if available.
