Where do you ship from?
Orders placed on our European website are shipped worldwide from our warehouse in Germany.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €50. For other European destinations, shipping rates are calculated according to the destination and order value.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take a little time to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
Are VAT, taxes and duties included?
Taxes, VAT, customs duties and other import charges may vary depending on the destination. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I order from the USA instead?
Yes. If you're looking for an item that isn't available in our European store, you can also visit our USA store. International shipping charges may apply.
